DELIVERY PLAN
As always, Mint & Lime will deliver an efficient production and create vibrant daily content with outstanding quality.
We will expand on our extensive knowledge of both festival sites, their mechanics & teams to ensure a brilliant product is delivered on time via an experienced, passionate and hard working team. Having worked on the site for 8 years our faces are known and respected. Our team is friendly, punctual and professional and understand the importance of relationships with other departments.
This is a not for profit job for us, it’s driven by passion and love. Every last penny of the budget is pushed into the production for the very best product possible.
ADVANCE EFFICIENCY PLAN
Building on relationship with marketing team, to collaborate on and create a library of assets in advance of both festivals for ‘drag and drop’ efficiency and uniformity. (Templates, idents, graphics).
Work with marketing in advance to sign off on each festival’s grading looks.
All audio beds done for videos beforehand: choice of song & licensing. Edited to length and signed off.
ON-SITE EFFICIENCY PLANS
Restructured team - We will put in place a greater emphasis on the editing process. We will increase our video editors from one to at least two.
The Additional editors will focus on footage ingestion and short form, immediate content. They will also create first pass ‘selects’ for the Senior Editor. This will allow the Senior Editor to wholly focus on creating super strong daily roundup films and an overall highlights film that can be ready to a much faster timeframe than previously possible.
Editors on site during the festivals can drop-in footage into motion graphics, templates reflective of identity and voice for each festival already created as described in the advance efficiency plan above.
Have dedicated data wranglers working across the site whose only job will be to collect footage from the different teams - our cameras, the TX feeds, the drone pilots.
Have an extra person in the photo delivery process - One person doing just the ingestion and tagging, one person doing the selects and editing.
