We are pitching for the upper tier of listed budget in the Tender document - referred to as ‘Tier Three’.
Below are the resources we will provide from the allocated T3 budget.
We could also provide, additional cost, the extra options listed at the bottom of this page under the title “ADDITIONAL CUSTOM OPTIONS”. These would further enhance our output and quality.
Again, this is not a ‘for profit’ job for us, it’s driven by passion and love. Every last penny of the proposed budget will pushed into the production for the very best product possible.

Wire cams between sound towers for spectacularly dynamic views of the stage and audience. Remotely operated
Cameras on Jibs for the main stage - for sweeping views across the heads of the audience
24 Hr editing, either via overnight on site or remote editing in US timezone
Field sound recordist plus sound designer to really capture the voices and atmospheric sounds of the site. Would work hand in hand with the video editors to create memorable soundscapes and interviews
Wireless camera feeds direct to cloud. Each mobile camera would be connected wirelessly to send immediate proxies to the cloud that the editor would have access to in the suite. This would improve selects of the clips and editing processes enormously
Presenter - We could potentially have talent on site doing all interviews with the public and artists - giving a friendly face to the output
Polaroid cameras made available to the artists backstage to take their own pictures, of whatever they choose, for us to digitise then put up on a communal wall in the artists area
Disposable cameras (analogue) put in each artists dressing room, with a note to say please use and then leave behind. We would overnight develop the resulting images so they would be available first thing the next day
